CHARTER rb.soc.religion.christian.worship is dedicated to Christian worship in its many forms. Appropriate topics include liturgy, church services, hymns, contemporary worship music, sacred art, prayer, preaching, communion, worship leadership, seasonal observances, historic practices, technology used in services, and personal reflections on worship. Members may share resources, ask practical questions, compare traditions, and discuss how worship shapes Christian life. The group welcomes Christians from Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant, independent, and other Christian traditions, along with respectful visitors who wish to learn. No single worship style or denomination is treated as the only permissible subject. RATIONALE Worship combines theology, music, community, ritual, creativity, and spiritual practice. A focused group gives worshippers, musicians, clergy, volunteers, and interested newcomers a place for useful discussion without overwhelming the broader Christianity group. MODERATION This is a moderated group. Respectful comparison and criticism of worship practices are allowed. Denominational attacks, ridicule directed at participants, harassment, disruptive proselytizing, copyright-infringing uploads, commercial spam, and deliberately inflammatory material are not. Moderators should preserve room for sincere testimony, difficult questions, and good-faith disagreement while keeping discussion centered on Christian worship.
