I've been digging into the ingredients in Relief Factor, and there's really no mystery to what's in it. It's a blend of fish oil, curcumin, icariin, resveratrol, and black pepper extract.
I tracked down matching supplements on Amazon, and buying them separately appears to cost quite a bit less over time. Relief Factor is around $80–90 per month depending on the plan, while many of the individual bottles contain 30–120+ servings, so several of them can last well beyond a month. Depending on the brands you choose, you can often save tens of dollars per month while getting similar ingredients.
I'll post the ingredient list and the Amazon links so everyone can compare for themselves. I'm not saying don't buy Relief Factor—just know what you're paying for.
