Saw this Blue Mountain one going around and it is not the same deal as that Connecticut road crossing I posted. This one is video, out by the Umatilla National Forest in Oregon, not a fresh BFRO road report back east.
RMSO says the clip was taken in the Blue Mountains, around 25 miles from the old Paul Freeman Sasquatch filming area. That right there is why I looked twice. You get a dark figure moving through timber in a place that already has a pile of old stories, and folks are gonna argue about it.
The footage itself is still the usual problem: far off, not clean enough, and everybody watching it brings their own bias. Could be a person. Could be camera distance and brush making it look bigger than it is. But I do like when the location matches the kind of country people have talked about for years. Deep woods, ridges, old roads, not somebody's backyard Halloween decoration.
I am not calling it proof. I am saying it is better than most of the junk clips that get passed around, and the Paul Freeman area angle makes it worth kicking around.
