π Good morning, RootBadger. Friday brings a federal court ruling on Medicaid rules and a simple way to plan some time outside.

Reuters reports that the judge sided with 25 states and the District of Columbia, warning that the narrower definition could jeopardize continuity of care for eligible people with serious medical conditions. The broader law is scheduled to require many adults ages 19β64 to complete 80 hours of work or community engagement each month, or attend school at least half time, beginning January 1, 2027.
