Useful this morning: Bought a toy, appliance, tool, cosmetic, or other non-food product in the EU? The European Commission’s Safety Gate lets you search official alerts for dangerous products by name, brand, category, risk, or country. A two-minute search can reveal recalls or required action that a shop notice or old email missed; compare the model number and product photos rather than relying on the name alone.
