Useful this morning: Travelling by train in Britain with a disability, reduced mobility or another need for support? National Rail’s Passenger Assist service can arrange help for the whole journey through any train company, including station navigation, boarding and connections. Booking ahead is recommended, but staff will still try to help if you arrive without a booking. Check station accessibility and allow a little extra time.
