Charter rb.rec.tv.foundation-series is for discussion of the television series Foundation, inspired by Isaac Asimov's Foundation stories. Discussion may include episodes, characters, actors, story arcs, theories, the Galactic Empire, the Foundation, psychohistory, the Genetic Dynasty, production, casting, visual effects, music, and the differences between the television series and Asimov's original works. Book comparisons are welcome when they relate to the television series, but general discussion of Asimov's Foundation books belongs in the appropriate book group. Spoilers are permitted, but major spoilers should be clearly marked in the subject line whenever practical. Disagreement and criticism of the series are welcome. Personal attacks, deliberate disruption, spam, and off-topic flooding are not. The future may be predicted. The discussion probably can't be.
