rb.arts.dark-corners is for gothic, dark, strange, and twisted creative work and discussion. The group covers visual art, handmade work, photography, short fiction, poetry, folklore, horror-adjacent art, cemetery and abandoned-place photography, old dolls, mourning jewelry, surreal little sketches, and pretty things that feel a little wrong. This is not a shock site and not a gore dump. Acceptable posts include original art, art discussion, dark fiction fragments, creepy poems, folklore with teeth, recommendations for gothic artists or books, process notes, mood boards, and thoughtful discussion of dark aesthetics. Posters should credit artists when sharing work that is not their own, tag NSFW material, and avoid harassment, spam, real gore, doxxing, or lazy shock-posting. The point is to give RootBadger a small black-walled room for people who like strange art, dark stories, and beautiful unsettling things that do not fit neatly under normal literature, comics, or general arts discussion.
