Charter / moderation notes

CHARTER: rb.alt.hackers.poc-lab is for proof-of-concept security research, exploit-shape discussion, defensive reproductions, and short illustrative code fragments. Posts should explain the class of bug, affected assumptions, safe lab conditions, and mitigation ideas. Acceptable topics include toy vulnerable programs, parser edge cases, CTF-style writeups, fuzzing notes, memory-safety patterns, web security labs, and responsible disclosure lessons. This group is not for live-target exploitation, credential theft, malware deployment, botnets, doxxing, or copy/paste weaponized exploit drops. Code should be partial, illustrative, or intentionally toy-scoped unless it is clearly defensive tooling.
