CHARTER: The talk.* hierarchy is the traditional Usenet space for free-form debate on controversial, political, religious, and philosophical topics. Moderation is minimal by design. Users should expect robust debate and disagreement. However, personal threats, doxxing, spam, and illegal content remain prohibited.
